Story of the piece:
Deep in the glen, a fox sleeps beneath violet speckled toadstools, curled among sage hydrangea and shadowed moss. The whole scene is suspended in the cap of this mushroom jar — a forest floor you can hold in one hand.
The cap lifts away to reveal the jar beneath, ready to guard jewelry, keepsakes, or whatever small magic you entrust to it.
No two glens are alike. The placement of every leaf and the fox’s rest among them exist only in this piece.
Designed and made in my Pacific Northwest studio.
Details
One of a kind. Lidded jar with interior compartment. Resin, preserved botanicals, moss, sculpted figures. Approx. 3″ in diameter × 3″ tall with lid. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth; keep away from prolonged direct sunlight.
Care: Keep out of direct sunlight and clean gently with a soft cloth.
