Returns, Replacements & Order Care

At Moss & Lantern, each piece is handcrafted slowly and with intention, making every creation uniquely its own. Small variations in color, texture, and detail are part of the beauty of handmade work and part of what makes each piece feel like a tiny enchanted world.

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our creations, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Thank you for understanding and for supporting small-batch handmade art.

For non-damaged items

If your order arrives safely but doesn’t feel quite right, please feel welcome to reach out. While we’re unable to accept items back, we may offer 15% store credit for non-damaged items on a case-by-case basis.

This store credit is offered as a gentle courtesy and is not guaranteed for every order or concern. It may apply in situations such as change of mind, personal preference, or similar non-damage-related concerns.

For damaged items

We take great care in packaging each piece so it can travel safely to you. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging.

If damage occurred during transit, we’ll carefully review the situation and provide a replacement where applicable.

For lost packages

Once a package has been shipped, it begins its journey with the carrier and is no longer in our hands. Please be sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for the most accurate tracking updates and next steps.
